A mini-hotel under construction is for sale on the Lustica peninsula, which is located between the Bay of Kotor and the Adriatic Sea, in the western part of the country. Opposite it is the Prevlaka peninsula, a little further - the cities of Tivat and Herceg Novi. Previously, Lustica was often visited by sailors, in the bays, they hid their ships from storms. Due to the inconvenient geographical position of the peninsula and the constant threat of attack from the sea, almost no one settled on it.
Lustica still remains a little-studied secluded place. The pristine nature of this region has been preserved on the peninsula: dense olive groves, lush pine forests, cozy azure lagoons. The hotel is located on Cape Veslo. This place is distinguished by silence and privacy, there are no noisy roads and there are no large concentrations of tourists. An ideal place for a pleasant family vacation or for those who are tired of the noise of big cities.
Several beaches are within walking distance of the hotel. The water in this place is clean and has a fantastic turquoise hue, especially in the morning. On the way to the beach, you can take a walk in the picturesque olive groves.
The plot area is 636 m2, the area of the building is 580 m2. The concept of a mini-hotel involves the presence of a swimming pool, reception, restaurant. All this will be located on the first floor of the building and will be available to hotel guests. In addition, there are two small apartments on the ground floor, which can be used for staff.
According to the project, six apartments are provided on the second and third floors, ranging from 50 to 80 m2. The apartments will have a great view of the sea through panoramic windows. There is also a garage for eight cars.
