Tax on real estate in Montenegro is in the range of 0.08 to 0.8 percent of the market value of the property. The rate of tax on real estate is equals 3 % of the tax base .

However , in the Parliament , beginning decembra 2010. years ended principled debate on amendments to the Law on Property Tax , which will be later declare MPs .
