Article l.
 
 The donor is the sole owner of the property (state data depending on the type of real estate cadastral parcel no. _____, Building no. ______, A separate part of the building no. _____ And their surface) registered in the immovable property of ____ KO ________.
 
Article 2
 
 Donee agrees that the donor receives the title to real property under Article 1 of this Agreement in respect of the gift.
 
Article 3
 
 Donor agrees that upon certification of this Agreement by the competent court, donee can register as the owner of the subject property in the Real Estate - Regional Unit without further consent giver _______ (cláusula intabulandi).
 
Article 4
 
 The parties agree that all costs incurred in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be borne by ___________.
