The reduction of property prices in Montenegro relative on the previous year

Regular updating of data on real estate located on our web site, real estate agents "Kamin" from Budva came to the conclusion that the price of real estate on the coast as well as the entire territory of Montenegro this year, much less than in the same period last year. The reasons for this agency are not known but it is assumed that the reason for the lower demand and a more realistic price for the property, but an exception to this rule are plots of which are now Urbanized and therefore their market price has increased.
