The price of apartments in Montenegro

According to the MONSTAT most expensive square meter in a building in Budva costs 2,455 euros and the cheapest in Niksic 582 euros. 

 "The price of new apartments in Montenegro increased by 6.8 percent compared to the same period 2013th year, according to a statement Statistics. 

 By MONSTAT's record number of new apartments sold in Montenegro in 2013 and early 2014 was higher by 20.2 percent compared to the 2012th year. 

 In the fourth quarter of 2013th Montenegro have sold 244 apartments, and the average price of a square is 1.236 euros. 

 In Podgorica, the average price of an apartment in a new building  a square around 1,113 euros. As stated in MONSTAT in  Bar is the price of a square around 1,016 euros,  in Budva  is the average price of a square around 2,455 euros. 

 The average price per square meter in a building in Niksic is 582 euros.
