Kolasin becomes a luxury ski resort

Boka Group plans to build Montenegro first ski resort in Kolasin , it was announced at the fair, real estate and investments in Milocer .

At the fair, the group unveiled a new project "Boka Kolasin ski ."

Boka Group, which in Tivat built the first golf course with 18 holes in the southern Adriatic , presented at the fair, a new project , branded under the name Boca Ski Kolasin in 1450.

As stated in the group , the goal is to build the capacity necessary for skiing , Kolasin become a prestigious and attractive tourist destination in the international context , with the ambition of the project becomes the driving force of development in northern Montenegro.

According to founder and chief executive John Kennedy project is part of the corporate strategy of the company , whose aim is to make available the necessary facilities create all the conditions for the extension of the tourist season .

" In the north, we saw a chance to develop more of an international sport, which in combination with our golf project expected to create a synergistic effect of which will feel the positive side of all structures of society in Montenegro ," said Kennedy .

The project envisages the construction of several hotels and residential , retail and commercial facilities , upgrading existing ski infrastructure and the construction of additional ski slopes and lifts .
